The Vespa lineup
Two sizes matter. The 150s - Primavera and Sprint - are the practical city choice: light, easy to park, cheap to run, and the one most people should buy. The GTS 300 is the one that will hold freeway speed without drama, which in San Antonio is the difference between a scooter you run errands on and one you commute on. Both come in a run of special editions through the year, and the pressed-steel body is the reason a thirty-year-old Vespa is still worth buying.
Vespa service
Our techs are Vespa-trained and we stock genuine Piaggio parts, including for the older carburetted machines most shops will not touch. We do the 600-mile first service, and if somebody is trying to sell you a vintage Vespa we will tell you honestly whether it is worth the money before you buy it rather than after.
