I recently purchased a Lambretta DUE 50cc and love it. I am geting 114+ mpg average with almost 450 miles on the odometer. The scoot is not fully broken in yet, but it will carry my 225+ pounds to 30mph easily and seems to cruise well at 36mpg on flat terrain. I think it will be a bit stronger after about 750 miles...it is already feeling a bit more robust as it is. I have always had much bigger bikes in the past but decided I wanted a "high mileage" scooter to save some bucks. It looks like I will be saving about $250+ a month at todays fuel prices if I ride it about 60% of the time. It will pay for itself (TT&L) in less than 10 months at this rate. They got the scoot set up for me the same day I purchased it...great service!
